As the latest addition to Fujifilm's Acuity platform, the device produces exceptional print quality at speeds of up to 1,668 ft2/hr, and is available as a 6-channel or 7-channel model. The Acuity F series maintains all the advantages of the popular and successful Acuity platform, including near-photographic image quality, versatility and ease of use, but has been optimized for the efficient and high speed production of rigid media applications.

 

• 6 or 7 color channels
  The F66 model has 36 print heads (6 per color) and uses cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan and light magenta; the F67 model has 42 print heads (6 per color) with white added.

 

• Uvijet UV inkjet inks
  Using Fujifilm's unique Micro-V ultrafine dispersion technology to maximize pigment loading, the Uvijet range of UV curing inks delivers strong vibrant, lightfast colors with greater image quality and superior color gamut.

 

• High image quality
  Greyscale print heads in a staggered configuration combined with full bed mapping deliver high image quality at high print speeds.

 

• Broad range of media
  With UV inkjet technology, Acuity F can print on a broad range of rigid and flexible materials up to 2" (50.8mm thick), including most display boards and plastics, and the white ink option provides an opportunity to printhigh value materials like wood, metal, clear and colored products.

 

• Dedicated flatbed design
  The Series' true flatbed architecture supports the broadest range of rigid media, including irregularly shaped, heavy, smooth or pre-cut materials. It also allows for the production of multi-layered applications, double-sided or large prints over multiple boards in perfect register, and edge-to-edge printing.

 

• Automatic head cleaning
  The Acuity F is equipped with an Automated Maintenance System (AMS) - a new feature in the Acuity range. The AMS cleans the device's print heads in less than 25 seconds per color, ensuring that the nozzles are clean and ready to print at any time, maximizing productivity.

 

• Zoned vacuum table with registration pins
  7 dedicated vacuum zones, tailored to common media sizesreduces the amount of bed masking required. The strength of the vacuum is adjustable to provide optimum handling for different materials. Designed for flexible productivity and, available for the first time on an Acuity platform, the device's pneumatic registration pins mean minimal operator involvement. These allow for quick loading in perfect register and, combined with the high-flow vacuum system, can hold down any rigid media perfectly, including uneven substrates.
